Position: Rehabilitation Facilitator
Type: Part Time
Location: Elmhurst Place
SHIFT:
Rotating Shifts (days/afternoons/overnights)
2 weeks: Sat/Sun (7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.)
2 weeks: Sat/Sun (3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.)
2 weeks: Fri/Sat (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
BASE STARTING RATE: $26.00
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary qualification in a health/human services-related subject (e.g. Brain Disorders Management, Developmental Services Worker, Social Services Worker) or Personal Support Worker certification or a combination of related education and work experience.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Level ‘C’ certificate
- A valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Ability to speak French is an asset
